WorleyParsons, in joint venture with Grand Isle Shipyard (GIS), has been awarded a five-year master services agreement for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services.

The JV, GW Integrated Solutions, is prepared to deliver a fully integrated suite of asset management services, focussing on the implementation of a program of facility modifications and turnarounds across BP-operated offshore assets in the Gulf of Mexico.

Specific work scopes will be carried out under individual call-off contracts, and accordingly no firm work is currently committed under the agreement.

GW Integrated Solutions will draw upon our combined experience in brownfield engineering, procurement, fabrication and direct-hire offshore construction. This single-point accountability follows our established global standard for execution of EPC, turnaround, maintenance and other life cycle support services.

"We are pleased to continue our long standing relationship with BP and further demonstrate the value of our Integrated Solutions offering through the GW Integrated Solutions joint venture" said Andrew Wood, WorleyParsons CEO.
