Ezra gets new chairman

Ezra Holding appointed group founder Lee Kian Soo as its non-executive chairman after Koh Poh Tiong steps down with effect from 1 February 2016. 

Soo has been in the shipping and offshore support services industry for more than 40 years, and in 1992, he founded Ezra. He is currently the chairman of the boards of EMAS Offshore and Triyards Holdings, both subsidiaries of Ezra.
