Richard Degner named Ernst & Young’s 2012 entrepreneur of the year in the Gulf Coast oilfield technology category

Richard Degner, president and CEO of Global Geophysical Services, was named Ernst & Young’s 2012 entrepreneur of the year in the Gulf Coast oilfield technology category. He was acknowledged for turning his vision of building a new geophysical company into a reality from the ground up, starting in 2005 with his personal savings and the mortgage on his family farm.
