4 newbuild orders for ASL

Singapore-based ASL Marine Holdings has won new shipbuilding contracts worth about S$91 million for the construction of three infield support vessels (of ART 100-42 class Rotor Tugs design) and one seismic support vessel (SSV).

The orders are from customers in Australia and Norway respectively. The four vessels will be built at the group’s shipyard and are expected to be completed in Q1 2016.

Headquartered in Singapore and publicly listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX)., ASL owns four shipyards in Singapore, Indonesia (Batam) and China (Guangdong). 

ASL also owns and operates a fleet of marine vessels, consisting of tugs, barges, dredge support vessels, anchor handling tugs (AHT), anchor handling towing / supply vessels (AHTS), chemical tankers, and other vessels.
