Fugro buys DCN Global

Abu Dhabi-based subsea engineering and diving services firm DCN Global has been bought by Fugro Subsea Middle East.

The company, which will be renamed Fugro Subsea Services (Middle East), has primarily operated in the Middle East, Caspian and African regions. DCN Global employs about 39 people with about 170 contract staff. Annual revenues are about US$ 30 million.

Fugro Subsea Services (Middle East) will continue to work with DCN Diving in the Netherlands.
