Enteq Upstream has acquired KM Services and Pro-Flow Fabrication Technologies and will rebrand them Enteq KMS. The two companies, both based in Houston, supply machined and fabricated parts and products for directional drilling, mud motor and measurementwhile-drilling equipment. Their acquisition follows Enteq’s recent purchase of another MWD equipment provider, Santa Clara, California based Extended Exploration Technology (XXT).
