Danish offshore wind engineering and consulting company Head Energy Group has established Head Energy Germany GmbH in Hamburg as part of the expansion of its offshore wind business.

Head Energy Germany GmbH will be administrated by Head Energy’s offshore wind experts in Esbjerg, Denmark,  and has obtained an AÜ license to comply with German legislation.

The company has already delivered consultants to an ongoing German project in the North Sea, Head Energy said.

"Hamburg is now an established offshore wind hub and Head Energy presence is a natural next step. Initially our Sales & Business Development Manager, Søren Rønnow Poulsen acts as point of contact for Head Energy Germany,"  says General Manager of Head Energy Denmark A/S, Anders Frederiksen.

Head Energy provides offshore wind experts to the offshore wind industry on consultancy basis. Its business is to deliver offshore experts to developers, turbine manufacturers, vessel owners and other key players throughout the offshore wind industry.
