Lyazzat Kiinov appointed chairman of KazMunaiGas Exploration Production

Lyazzat Kiinov (pictured) has been appointed chairman of KazMunaiGas Exploration Production, the Kazakhstan oil & gas company whose overall production averaged 250,000 boe/d last year.
