Angus Bowie has been appointed MENA regional director for pipeline engineering group Stats. He has relocated to Abu Dhabi from Aberdeen – where he served previously as the company’s technical director – and will oversee the opening of new workshop and warehousing facilities. Stats recently landed a big ten-year contract from Qatargas.
