Bilfinger bags US$300 million in contracts

Bilfinger has won orders valued at some US$301 million (€270 million) from several operators.

Key framework agreements have been extended with oil and gas group Statoil, the largest operator of production facilities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. These agreements have a volume of roughly $123 million (€110 million) over the term of two years. The focus of the services provided by Bilfinger’s oil and gas division for Statoil cover insulation, scaffolding and corrosion protection.

The contract extensions relate to production facilities in the Oseberg, Snorre, Veslefrikk and Huldra oil and gas fields.

Bilfinger has also signed a new agreement for the maintenance of offshore facilities with another oil and gas company. The order has a volume of roughly $179 million (€160 million) over its five-year term.
