DNV GL wins Statoil MSA

Statoil has awarded DNV GL - Oil & Gas a master service agreement (MSA) that includes a broad scope of studies on topics such as safety, platform technology, structural reanalysis and pipeline technology.

In addition, it offers hull and structural inspection services, the competent control of complex lifting equipment and software, maintenance and services for IT delivery.

"The signing of the MSA marks an ongoing commitment to DNV GL’s strategic customer relations with Statoil. We have supported Statoil through many challenges during the years of collaboration,” Kjell Eriksson, DNV GL regional manager for oil and gas in Norway said. “Our key value contribution is striving to give advice, standards and processes that help our customers reduce their capex and opex spending while at the same time maintaining safety, integrity and reliability. We will deliver these services using data-smart solutions, creating cost efficiency for both Statoil and ourselves.”
