Air Energi appoints new division VP

Air Energi launched a dedicated division for permanent workforce solutions and appointed Donna Chapman as vice president to lead the new service stream.

Air Energi has been delivering permanent workforce services for several years but has taken a strategic decision to form a specialist division that focuses purely on this sub-sector. The new division will see the company provide permanent recruitment and consultancy services via dedicated, expert teams in key locations worldwide.

A seasoned recruitment professional, Chapman has held board-level positions at Air Energi for over seven years, affording her an in-depth understanding of both the company’s operations and the global recruitment landscape.

In addition to sourcing permanent staff, the division will offer a range of market intelligence and insourcing and outsourcing services via its experienced search team. Air Energi’s bespoke talent mapping and rewards comparison analysis allows clients to easily identify and assess candidates when entering new regions or sectors. The company also provides outplacement services to help effectively manage processes around redundancy planning.

Air Energi provides contract, project and permanent hire personnel and expertise to projects and clients worldwide. Air Energi’s global workforce solutions include talent acquisition, global mobility services and holistic consultancy services, at any point in the lifecycle of a project.

Headquartered in Manchester, UK, Air Energi has offices in 40 locations and brings trusted expertise to more than 50 markets worldwide.
