Vallourec announces North American appointments

Vallourec, provider of premium tubular solutions primarily serving the energy markets, announced several key appointments in its North America region.

William Gamisans has been appointed managing director for Vallourec Tube-Alloy worldwide effective 1 August 2015. Based in Houston, Texas, Gamisans will report to Nicolas de Coignac, president, North America. Gamisans was serving as the Saint-Saulve plant director for Vallourec Tubes France, upstream division.

Currently vice president, human resources for Vallourec USA, Trina Rauscher-Cooper will also assume human resources responsibilities for Vallourec Drilling Products and Vallourec Tube-Alloy worldwide. The human resource managers from the various Vallourec North America locations, as well as training and development, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition managers will report to Rauscher-Cooper.

Francis Nwabudike formerly the president - managing director for Tube-Alloy worldwide, has been appointed managing director for Vallourec Drilling Products worldwide. Based in Houston, Texas, he will continue to report to Nicolas de Coignac, president, North America.

David Bousquet has been appointed as the vice president, operations support for Vallourec Drilling Products. Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, Bousquet will report to Francis Nwabudike, managing director, Vallourec Drilling Products. Bousquet was the general manager for Valinox Nucleaire Tubes Co., China.
